Delete your account

In the app

Open HYPR, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@hyprfitness.ca from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, workouts, sets, personal records, streaks, posts, photos, comments, reactions, follows and push notification tokens are permanently deleted.

If you reported something, a copy of the reported content may be kept so we can act on it. Copies of reports others made about you are kept for safety, without your account attached.
