HYPR

Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

The short version

HYPR is a place to log your training, see what to lift next, and share it with people you choose. Be decent to each other, lift safely, and only post what's yours to post.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Not medical advice. Lift at your own risk.

HYPR is a training log, not a coach, doctor or physiotherapist. Suggested weights and reps, estimated one-rep maxes, streaks and points are estimates and motivation, not instructions you must follow.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Use good form, warm up, use a spotter or safety equipment for heavy lifts, and stop if something hurts. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, HYPR is not responsible for injuries or health problems related to your training.

What you post

You own what you post (workouts, photos, captions, comments). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people your settings allow, only to run the app.

Don't post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal, someone else's private information, or that you don't have the right to share. Don't impersonate anyone, spam, or try to break or misuse the app.

Anyone can report a post, comment or profile, and block people. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, usually within 24 hours.

Crews and competition

Crew leaderboards, streaks and points are just for fun. There are no prizes, and we may change how scoring works.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently deletes your profile, workouts, posts and photos.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

The fine print

HYPR is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content other people post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know in the app before the changes apply.
